Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-1/2 cup sugar
- 3-1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 3-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. F
- Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, vanilla, and sugar
- Separately, combine all other dry ingredients
- Stir dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture
- Pour into 2 greased 8" x 4" loaf pans
- Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350 deg. F.
Bread is done when a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
